Lokuta

Leete was assigned five cases and scheduled hearings for each of them for September 16, 2013, as follows:

2010-01464 Commonwealth of PA v. Harleman (I was the victim)

2006-01206 Wells Fargo v. Reisinger

2013-01745 Mid-County Resources v. Reisinger

2013-05049 Luzerne County TCB v. Maheady (I was Maheady’s attorney)

2012-01526 SABR Mortgage v. Schweiss (I was Schweiss’ Attorney)

After the hearing in regard to Case #1, I advised Judge Leete that Case #2 had been continued by the plaintiff, and that Case #3 had been discontinued by the plaintiff.

When I returned to the courtroom for the hearing in regard to Case #4, Judge Leete began screaming at me because he had confused Case #3 with a case unrelated to me.

After Judge Leete was made to understand that I had not lied to him, he then continued to hold the hearing in regard to Case #4.

Removal Process

Prior to the above, on September 13, 2013, I had filed a complaint for a permanent injunction against Daniel Pillets, because of his illegal conduct in a prior case.

Because of the fact that Leete had Pillets as his law clerk, he obviously had a conflict of interest and therefore, I proposed either Judge Leete recuse himself or request another law clerk, and Judge Leete refused to do either.

Consequently, because of all of the above, I filed a complaint for a permanent injunction against Judge Leete, which was forwarded to the Supreme Court and he was thereafter removed from hearing any of my cases
